Workshop on Gene Expression Methods, Design, and Analysis

This workshop was dedicated to gene expression technologies and the bioinformatics and statistical methods involved in experimental design and data analysis. The techniques covered were q-RT-PCR, SAGE, AFLP, microbead-based systems, cDNA microarrays, and oligo DNA chips

The workshop was coordinated by Drs. Jennifer Weller and Greg May, and lectures were by Drs. Jennifer Weller and Karen Schlauch
